Wedding Photos: Bride and Groom I

November 18th, 2012

Time to share more wedding photos. Can't believe it was almost 7 months ago! Geez time flies.
We have literally over a thousand photos from our wedding day. There is no way I have time to share all of them, but I did pick out a few of my favorites.

As most of you already know, Kev and I were married at one of Lexington's local wineries....Talon Winery.
I love this venue because of all the different barns on site. We definitely took advantage of the great photo ops around the vineyard.
We were blessed with amazing 65 degree weather in central KY. That just doesn’t happen in the bluegrass state 5 days before thanksgiving. It was the most perfect day. I know every bride may say that, but mine really was. Everything ran so smoothly and it really was the best day of my life. As cliché as it may sound, it is so true.

I remember looking at Kev during our time alone with the Amy, our photographer, and thinking to myself - WOW! I am really marrying him. I am going to be his wife.
There were lots of little exchanges between the two us during photo time - winks, smiles and lots of laughter.
I felt nothing, but love the entire day.

These  photos were taken right after our fist look, and before our wedding ceremony.
They have more of a country/rustic feel to them.
We took time after our wedding to walk the vineyards as husband and wife, and of course snap some more pics with my amazing photographer.

Looking back at them, I can still feel the butterflies in my stomach. That feeling of nervousness, excitement and true happiness all rolled into one.

I loved every thing about our wedding.
It was the small, intimate, laid back, country wedding this gal has always dreamed of.
It was the day Kev became my husband, and it just doesn't get much better than that!

There has to be a way you can remove me from that service?

I just caught up on your blog - and you know I'm in love with all of these pics! You guys are just beautiful.

I'm so, so sorry about your grandma. I've said many, many prayers for you - and you know I'd do anything for you. I would have guessed that Rexxy is St. Kevin - you know I think God sent him just for you : )

AND, I had no idea that you and Rexxy met through the doggy. NO IDEA. I love that.

Love you!! xoxo
