A couple of weekends ago, Kev and I were part of The Toy Chest's first annual fundraising gala - Dreams and Fairytales - An Evening of Enchantment
Kev and I, along with the rest of the planning committee and board, have poured our heart and souls into making the event successful....and that it was!
Kev and I are so happy to serve in such a great capacity.
The Toy Chest is a non-profit organization providing toys, books, clothing and other items to children experiencing medical, social or financial challenges. The Toy Chest is also committed to mentoring and fostering service values in all children, while providing them a platform to serve their peers.
It was so much fun to get all dolled up for a great cause.
Hubs looked so handsome and did an amazing job that night!
Both are some seriously fabulous women who I can't wait to spend much more time with.
Pedis and margaritas soon girls? I am so in!
I was able to
force talk baby brother and Britt into getting in on all the fun, too.
We had all kinds of cute college kids dressed up as fairytale characters at the event. It was perfect for our theme!
I was pretty partial to Snow White and Prince Charming......
Are they cute or what?!?!
I was all over the step and -repeat for photo time. Who doesn't love a good tiara as a photo prop?
Love all these pretty girls to death!
The Toy Chest Board - that cute thang on the far left is mine :-)
We spent the night with some of our closest friends..... duking it out over the silent auction items. It felt so good to have so many people who we love so dearly, come out and support us in something we are very passionate about.
side note - at the silent auction, Kev won my momma a princess package to one of the local spa's. He got the saint husband award that night.
It was such a fun night....for a really great cause!
Can't wait to bless some kiddos with all the money we raised :-)
