Seriously? How did people plan weddings before pinterest???
I am still on a one way highway called: operation wedding.
Lately I have been checking out different floral and design teams to assist with creating the right aesthetics for the wedding.
When I think of our big day I think of burlap, birch, mason jars, neutral colors, whites, country/ rustic looks, ivory, off whites, more burlap, hydrangeas, simple, shades of browns, did I mention burlap?, a country chic feel....ok you get the thought process here
Here a few pics from my pinterest board to get a feel of what I am going for.
My mom is using the above pin as inspiration for my party favors. She is going to make her homemade apple butter (which is to die for) and place in small mason jars for people to take home.
Ok you get the picture...right?
i am in love with all these things.
And if there are two things Kev and I know for sure that will be Incorporated on our wedding day it will be
cowboy boots and the doggies...but those are topics for future posts.
:-)
Happy friday y'all!!!

I love all of it! I can't wait to see the progression =)
and before pinterest there was the Knot and Project wedding - I was obsessed with the latter and made some good friends through PW =)
I seriously have the exact same pins for the bouquets, mason jars, pews, and seating sign! I need to follow you on Pinterest, girl! I love your ideas! :) I really really REALLY want to incorporate my dog - but we are having it our catholic church and it's not allowed :( I'm also very jealous about your barn location! Wish we had a beautiful barn like that in Orlando!

"You don't have to pick sides, sit wherever you like". Haha! That one cracked me up! Seriously, these are amazing ideas. I love how you're sticking to your country roots! I especially love how you're gonna use a barn!!!!
I've already set in my mind that I wanted a "wintery"/rustic kinda wedding (keep in mind that i'm not even engaged yet) A girl can dream, can't she? I'm seriously super excited for you!
