handy WOman

That’s right…this gal has brushed up on her handy skills in the palace!
I put together a lil end table that matches my coffee table and media stand in the little living room all by
myself. It may have taken me several hours a little longer than expected, but I did it.

Bailey watches my every move...isnt it cute?

TAADAAA!

I also assembled this tall white cabinet for the bathroom to add extra storage space. I attempted this last weekend and wasted over 3 ½ hours on it. I went to put the top (which was also the final piece) on the shelf and low and behold…it was freaking broken! I was sooooooo pissed off! I wanted to sling it over the third floor balcony of my palace. Arrrrgh. This thing was a total biatch to put together. I returned the broken one and got a brand spankin new one. Of course there was still some assembly required. I havent tackled round 2 of the cabinet. It is still in the box just looking at me in my living room area. I get exhausted just thinking about assembling it all over again.

i think i would rather pay someone to do it again...hey isnt that what little brothers are for? charlie - hint hint! aaahemm

I hung these wreaths above my bed with my handy dandy drill. Got this counter sink and screw thing down pat J .

The palace is really starting to come together. I will have to post new pics soon. My mom is coming down this weekend to help me get things ready for Miss Megan’s bridal shower and bachelorette party on Saturday, and we plan on hanging curtains and finishing some things up in my new living quarters.

Cant wait to share with you all about my weekend on the next post. Had a freakin blast with my girlfriends! Every single day is getting easier...and I am so thankful for all the support and love I have around me.  Hope every is having a great week!
