a lil post on life...

The past two weeks have been rough.
Not necessarily for me, but those around me.
I lost a patient to cancer last week  that had been like family to me and it just made me think.....
that the most important things in life aren't things at all.

It's so true.

I find myself as I get older trying to stop and soak up reality every day.
I am trying to be present in every moment and always be conscientious of my many blessings.
You just never know what other people go through in life.
You never know when people could be taken away from you.
Life is so fragile and I strive to not take a single day for granted.

I love my life and I am so beyond blessed that I wake up to these three every single day
:-)

Have you counted your blessings today?

I'm so sorry for your loss of a patient. It's never easy losing someone you care about. Sending lots of love your way. xo Love the pics of y'all and the pups. Such a cute little family :)
