a country girl's palace

Hello lovelies! I have been quite the lil busy bee. Fall is always a little crazy for me because it is FOOTBALL season. Trying to tailgate with the fam and never missing a single one of baby bro's game + keeping a social life at the University of Ky tailgates and routing on my CATS + working the occasional Saturday for some extra $$$ on the side + a granny with a broken arm + presenting at our KY's Occupational Therapy Conference next friday in Lousiville + planning a trip to Florida in one week + lastweekend's wedding = one busy and tired gal...shewwwww. Thank goodness I have a vacay coming up.

Soooo, you have probably saw me call my humble abode my lil palace. It is just the right size for me and bailey boy. Although I am dying to have a little cozy 3 bedroom house decked out in southern/country/pottery barn decor, this is gonna do for now. I think come spring I may be on the house hunt for a house to call my own. Until now, take a look at how cutesie this lil palace is turning out to be. I took some new photos after I broke out some fall decorations to spice it up a lil bit around here.

Take a look at the kitchen and dinning room area...i broke out my pumpkins :-)

my mom bought me this glass bowl that looks like a basket a couple of years ago for christmas. it is one of my favorite pieces in my whole palace.

I could not LIVE without my crock pot...well i could, but bailey and I would go around hungry.

And the bedroom. I LOVE my king size bed...it is heaven :-)

The place where I powder my nose ....

These mason jars are from my granny who is 87...she has had them for over 40 years. Makes my heart smile

It's not much, but bailey boy and I like to call it home. Hope you all have a great weekend! It is a beautiful day here in the bluegrass. Cant wait to watch baby bro and company in action at their season opener. Woot WOOT!!

WOW! I can definitely tell how much work you have been putting in decorating your palace! After doing some of my own, it's exhausting..but fun! Looks great!

The palace looks great! I love all the details! The pumpkins are the best, and FALL is the best season.

The Mayson Jars are amazing! Over 40 years old?!!!! Those are some real treasures to keep around. <3
